Grade II Listed Building Renovation

This Grade II Listed building was renovated and we're thrilled with the end result!

A raised terraced area and flower beds give the garden a bit of height as well as length, and draws the eye up to the historic property. The clean fence line on the other side draws the view straight down the drive through to the bottom garden area.

The exterior at the front of the property has been refreshed modestly and the beautiful front door set and frontage, which has historically won awards, was revitalised and taken back to its former glory.

The use of the original timber frame construction for internal finishes meant that our client was able to retain its character and charm.

We have loved working with Benchmark Architects on this project, designing a wonderful structure with differing roof elevations, complimenting and adding to the fantastic roofline.
