In the tranquil setting of West Park Farm, Haynes, Poplars undertook a challenging project involving the construction of four new 4/5 bedroom homes.
The 24-month programme included a range of works, from piling foundations and standard foundations to timber frame construction, zinc cladding externally, internal fit-outs, and the development of access roads to the site.
The project extended beyond new builds, encompassing the conversion of a commercial unit into a residential property. The land, previously occupied by old agricultural barns, presented unique challenges and opportunities, with the team actively supporting the planning application. As part of the conversion works, the original structural features were retained such as the amazing oak beams.
