Poplars were appointed to carry out this New Build project in Baldock. Our scope encompassed the construction of this stunning new home where traditional Georgian takes on a Modern feeling, carrying out all internal and external works, including the full installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical services.
Internally, the home was finished to a high standard, featuring a large open-plan kitchen and living space and an extensive glazed rear elevation, flooding the interior with natural light and creating a strong connection to the external spaces.
The works also included all new drainage and utility service connections, together with comprehensive hard and soft landscaping.
High-quality finishes were delivered throughout, with a considered mix of carpeted areas, engineered oak flooring, and luxury vinyl tile (LVT), resulting in a cohesive and refined finish across all rooms.
