This project involved the demolition of an existing 1970s farmhouse and the traditional
Construction of a striking six-bedroom farmhouse in its place, carefully designed to blend classic rural character with modern craftsmanship.
Externally, the property is finished with a beautiful brick façade, complemented by stone sills and arched window details, soft cream sash windows, composite doors, and rendered dormer features, creating a timeless and refined aesthetic.
Internally, the home centres around a dramatic full-height open-plan lobby and landing, extending from the ground floor to the second floor and wrapped by a bespoke contemporary oak staircase with modern PCC spindles. A large feature hearth and fireplace provides a focal point within the living space, enhancing the farmhouse character. The interior finishes showcase a carefully curated mix of high-quality tiling and flooring, alongside a bespoke oak kitchen fitted with an Everhot cooker, combining traditional appeal with modern functionality.
The works also included all new drainage and soakaway installations, utility service connections and comprehensive hard and soft landscaping, completing the project to a high standard from concept through to handover.
